Full 24 Hour Emergency Service As long as you arrive on time, our efficient appointment system means waiting times are kept to a minimum. We do not send people away without an appointment, but unless it's an emergency, you may have to wait longer. All our fees are available for you to check at your own convenience. In EmergencyIf you need us in an emergency, just call one of the regular surgery numbers. When the surgery is closed, you will be put through to the duty vet's voicemail. Leave your name and a number that accepts anonymous incoming calls, and we'll ring you back, typically within a minute or two. If the vet on duty is driving, consulting or operating this may take a little longer, but if you haven't had a call back within 10 minutes, then please call again. We'll do our best to assess and advise you with your pet's problem, bearing in mind the limitations of not being able to physically examine the animal. The duty vet cannot make routine appointments, or give out test results, as they are unlikely to be physically in the surgery. Out of hours consultations do cost more, so we'll always say whether we think your pet's problem could wait until the next routine surgery. Please only call out of hours if you genuinely believe your pet has a problem that cannot wait until our regular opening times. Informal AtmosphereWe try at all times to foster a relaxed and informal atmosphere. We take time to gain your pet's confidence. Want to find out more?
