Safeguarding for Cat's Health

In this section you will find information about our Cat Health Plan, which protects your cat against the major infectious dieases and guarantees protection against fleas and worms. We also have an ever increasing library of information about cat health and welfare with detailed discussion about a number of different diseases and conditions.

Cat Health Plan

All cats should be protected from flea and worm infestations. These serious problems are the most common source of suffering in the cats seen at Vetrica. Cats should also be vaccinated against the serious infectious killer diseases.

At Vetrica we offer combined protection against all these diseases in one package, with a large discount and many additional services at markedly reduced rates. We call this the "Cat Health Plan", detailed as follows:

	A complete health examination and routine vaccinations for, cat flu, enteritis, leukaemia and chlamydophila administered by one of our vets.
Complete flea prevention with 2 injections of Program, each of which provides 6 months protection against flea infestations.
	A year's supply of wormer, suitable for both round and tapeworm, (assuming three monthly dosing). We'll even administer the tablets for you if you have difficulty.
A 6 month health check by a veterinary nurse, at which stage the second Program injection will be administered.

We will send you a reminder for the 6 month check up.

As a member of the Cat Health Plan, you are also entitled to the following valuable discounts, valid for a full year:

10% off all waiting room sales. This includes collars, toys and treats as well as Hill’s Science Plan cat and kitten foods.

This plan would cost over £119 if taken as individual items. If you enrol for the "Cat Health Plan" we are able to offer you an excellent discount and an option to spread your payments.

A single fee of £99.90 payable at the time of vaccination.
Spread the cost over six months: an initial payment of £16.65 (by cash/cheque/card), followed by five payments of £16.65 by monthly Direct Debit.

Note 1: All dogs and cats in the household must also be treated with Program for the flea free guarantee.
